Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to join a leading U.S. employment and labor practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on employee benefits work, with a particular emphasis on ESOP matters alongside a broad benefits practice.

Successful candidates will advise employers on design, compliance, and transactional aspects of benefit plans and ESOPs, working with a national team across multiple offices. The role combines practice leadership, client development, and hands-on matter work.

  • Established partner track record in employee benefits law, including ESOP experience
  • Proven client-development skills and the ability to grow or bring a portable practice
  • Excellent drafting, transactional and counseling abilities; experience working on cross-office matters
  • Active bar membership and eligibility to practice in the D.C. market
