The successful candidate will take a front-line role in growing and managing the local employment practice, working on high‑value, cross‑border matters and collaborating with other practice teams in the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-established platform with strong regional reach.

Established partner-level credentials in employment / labor law with significant regional experience (UAE / Middle East).
Track record of leading contentious and advisory employment matters for corporate clients.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development record is required.
Admission to practice in a recognized jurisdiction and fluency in English; regional qualifications or local bar admission is advantageous.
