Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Chemnitz office to strengthen and lead Employment & Labor and Tax work across the region. The role combines client-facing advisory on employment matters with tax-related advisory and coordination across practice teams.

This is a senior leadership role: you will manage and develop a small team, own client relationships, and work closely with corporate and specialist tax colleagues on integrated mandates. The firm is looking for a commercially minded lawyer with a track record of originating and running matters.

Qualified lawyer admitted in Germany with significant partner- or senior-level experience in employment law and tax advisory.
Proven client development skills and experience leading matters and teams; an established portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in German (business-level).
