Leading German full-service firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Cologne office to lead and develop the Employment & Labor and Tax practices. The role combines client advisory, cross-practice coordination and team leadership on domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, working on complex employee-relations, compensation and tax structuring matters, and will collaborate closely with corporate and benefits teams. A portable practice / book of business is welcome and will be supported.

Established partner-level experience in employment/labor law and tax matters in Germany.
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; experience managing or building a team.
Admitted to practise in Germany (or equivalent qualification) and fluent German; strong English skills.
Comfortable working on cross-practice, cross-border matters and with senior in-house clients.
