Leading German practice is seeking a Lateral Partner to strengthen and co-lead its Employment & Labor and Tax teams in the Hamburg office. The role combines high‑level advisory work on employment law matters with tax-focused regulatory and transactional advice for domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, supervise and develop associates, and work closely with other practice groups across the firm. A portable practice is welcome; the firm is open to candidates who can contribute client relationships and new business.

Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Germany with substantial partner-level experience in employment law and tax advisory.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work and leading teams on complex matters.
Strong business development skills and experience growing a practice in the German market; portable book of business welcome.
Excellent German and English language skills; candidate must be able to operate at partner level in both languages.
