Senior partner opportunity in an established Employment & Labor practice based in Atlanta. The role focuses on high‑stakes discrimination, wage‑and‑hour, and class/collective action litigation for national and regional employers.

The team represents employers across the full lifecycle of employment disputes, including class litigation, trial and appellate work, and complex internal investigations. The role offers a platform to lead matters, grow a client base, and collaborate with cross‑jurisdictional teams.

Established partner or equivalent with significant experience defending employment litigation—particularly discrimination, wage & hour, and class/collective actions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or book of business is highly desirable.
Trial and appellate experience preferred; strong motion practice and case‑management skills.
Admission to the relevant state bar (Georgia) or eligibility to transfer.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives.
