Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment & Labor partner to join its Austin office and help expand a busy labor and employment practice. The role will combine client counseling, complex employment litigation and labor-management matters across public- and private-sector clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, mentor associates, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management. There is an expectation of bringing or developing a portable practice to contribute to regional growth.

Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including litigation and counseling
Proven business development track record and ability to originate or expand client relationships
Leadership and team-management experience; comfortable mentoring associates and managing matters
Bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
