Experienced employment and labor partner sought to lead and expand a busy practice in Birmingham. The role focuses on advising employers on a full range of labor and employment matters, managing litigation and preventive counseling, and developing client relationships across industries.

This is a partner-level opportunity with responsibility for practice development, team leadership and cross-office collaboration. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination history is welcome and will be supported.

Established partner with significant experience in labor and employment law (individual and collective matters, litigation and counseling).
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and eligible to practice in Alabama.
Proven business development track record and ability to generate and manage client engagements; portable practice welcomed.
Experience leading teams, mentoring junior lawyers, and working collaboratively across practice groups.
