Ideal candidates will lead client matters, develop business, and collaborate across a broad, experienced team handling regional and national disputes. The position offers a platform to grow a portable practice and support from established firm resources.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, with substantial work in discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions
Proven record of leading litigation matters — trial, dispositive motions, or large case management
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; openness to bring a portable practice
Excellent client-facing, written advocacy, and team leadership skills
