Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor, Century City (Los Angeles)

Leading national law firm is seeking a seasoned Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor Practice in the Century City (Los Angeles) office. The role will focus on providing strategic counseling, preventive advice, and defense of employers in workplace litigation and regulatory matters.

The partner will lead client engagements, develop new business, and collaborate with a broader team across the firm’s national platform. The position offers the opportunity to build and/or bring a portable practice while handling high‑visibility employer-side matters.

Ideal candidates will be experienced in both counseling and litigation, comfortable managing client relationships, and prepared to participate in business development and firm leadership initiatives.

• Established partner-level experience in labor & employment law (employer-side).
• Proven track record of handling employment litigation, regulatory matters, and workplace counseling.
• Demonstrated business development ability; a portable book of business is welcome.
• Active California bar admission (or ability to obtain) and strong client management skills.
