Senior employment litigator sought to join a busy Charlotte employment & labor group. The role centers on handling discrimination, wage-&-hour and class/collective actions for national and regional employers, leading complex litigations from counseling through trial.

The team is looking for a partner capable of supervising associates, developing business with existing and new clients, and contributing to firm-wide employment strategy. This is a client-facing role with opportunities for cross-office collaboration and thought leadership.

Established partner track record in employment litigation, with substantial experience in discrimination, wage & hour, and class action matters
Licensed to practice in the relevant state and admitted to federal courts; strong trial and motion practice skills
Demonstrated ability to manage teams and mentor associates
Business development capability; a portable practice or proven book-building experience is preferred
