Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its busy Employment & Labor practice in Chicago. The role will focus on counseling employers and representing clients in a mix of preventive employment law work, litigation, and collective bargaining matters.

The team handles a broad range of matters for corporate clients across industries, including union relations, wage-and-hour, discrimination, and employment policy counseling. The firm is looking for an experienced partner able to grow a portable practice and contribute to client development locally and nationally.

Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law with a track record of client service and matter leadership.
Experience handling employment litigation, representation before administrative agencies, and labor/union matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate or grow client relationships — portable business preferred.
Bar admission in Illinois or eligibility to be admitted; strong communication and business development skills.
