Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago employment and labor practice. The role focuses on counseling and litigation work across traditional labor and employment matters, with opportunities to work on employee benefits matters as part of a broader practice team.

The position offers a senior role leading client engagements, mentoring associates, and developing business in the Chicago market. Candidates with an existing portable practice or client relationships in employment/labor will be given strong consideration.

Established partner-level background in employment & labor law, including counseling and litigation/representation.
Experience handling employee benefits matters is a plus.
Proven client-development skills and ability to grow a practice in the Chicago market (portable business welcome).
Admission to practice in Illinois or eligibility to obtain admission.
Track record of leading teams and managing client engagements.
