Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Greensboro office to lead and grow practices in employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property litigation. The role is client-facing and involves originating work, managing matters, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability and be comfortable collaborating across a regional platform. The firm is prioritizing growth in its southeastern offices but will consider proven partners for other U.S. locations.

Established partner with significant experience in employment & labor, corporate transactions, or IP litigation
Proven origination/portable client base or strong business-development track record
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage matters, and develop client relationships
Bar admission and standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
