Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Irvine office to lead and grow practices across employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property. The role is suited to a senior rainmaker who will take a visible leadership role in originating and managing matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

Priority is given to candidates with strong experience in labor & employment (including ERISA and employee benefits), corporate transactional work, or patent and IP litigation. The firm welcomes partners with a portable book of business and offers flexible compensation structures and equity opportunities evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Established partner-level experience in one or more of: labor & employment (ERISA/benefits), corporate transactions, or IP litigation.
Proven client origination and a portable book of business; ability to develop cross-practice work.
Track record of mentoring and leading teams; strong business development and client management skills.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
