Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Greensboro office and help grow established practices across employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property litigation. The role is a front‑facing partner position with responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships, and contributing to regional practice growth.

Priority is given to partners with a portable client base in areas such as ERISA/employee benefits, labor & employment, patent/IP litigation, or mass torts, though strong corporate transactional partners are also of interest. The team values entrepreneurial partners who collaborate across offices and who can help expand regional capabilities.

Experienced lateral partner with significant experience in employment & labor, corporate, or IP litigation.
Proven history of originating business and a portable client base (book of business preferred).
Demonstrated leadership running matters or teams and developing client relationships.
Track record of billable delivery appropriate to partner role (trial or transactional experience as relevant).
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; willingness to work collaboratively across regional offices.
