The role is a front‑facing partner position with responsibility for originating work, developing client relationships, and contributing to regional practice growth.
Priority is given to partners with a portable client base in areas such as ERISA/employee benefits, labor & employment, patent/IP litigation, or mass torts, though strong corporate transactional partners are also of interest. The team values entrepreneurial partners who collaborate across offices and who can help expand regional capabilities.
- Experienced lateral partner with significant experience in employment & labor, corporate, or IP litigation.
- Proven history of originating business and a portable client base (book of business preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership running matters or teams and developing client relationships.
- Track record of billable delivery appropriate to partner role (trial or transactional experience as relevant).
- Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; willingness to work collaboratively across regional offices.
