Prominent national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Greenville office to help grow multiple commercial practices, with particular emphasis on employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property litigation. The role offers collaboration across regional offices and opportunities to work on high‑value regulatory, ERISA/benefits, and IP matters.

The ideal partner will join an established team and be expected to build and lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development regionally. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and will consider partners across the Southeast and other U.S. offices.

Established track record as a partner-level lawyer in employment & labor, corporate transactions, or IP litigation
Proven business development ability; portable client relationships welcome
Experience with ERISA, benefits, or complex employment litigation preferred
Strong leadership and client management skills; ability to mentor associates and contribute to firm growth
Active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction (or willingness to qualify)
