Seeking a lateral partner to join a multi-practice team in Houston. The role will sit across employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property litigation matters, partnering with established regional and national practices.

The firm is looking for a rainmaker with a portable practice who can develop business locally and collaborate with colleagues across offices. The position offers responsibility for leading client matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to strategic growth of the practice group.

Proven partner-level experience in one or more of: ERISA/compensation & benefits, labor & employment, corporate transactions, or IP litigation.
Portable practice / demonstrable business development capability preferred.
Track record of leading matters, supervising teams, and building client relationships.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to gain admission.
