Senior-lawyer opportunity for a partner-level hire to join a multi-practice US office. The role will sit within a busy group that handles employment & labor, corporate transactions, and intellectual property litigation; the team has a national footprint and collaborates across multiple domestic offices.

Ideal candidates will bring a portable practice and contribute to business development and cross-office teaming. The firm offers flexibility on compensation structure and billing arrangements and supports growth in priority areas including corporate, ERISA/benefits, labor & employment, and patent/IP litigation.

Partner-level lateral with an established, portable practice (book of business encouraged)
Proven experience in one or more of: employment & labor (including ERISA/benefits), corporate/M&A, or IP litigation
Track record of originating business and collaborating across offices
Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or willingness to qualify
