Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join and help grow its New York office. The role emphasizes senior rainmaking and practice leadership across corporate, employment & labor, and intellectual property litigation, with flexibility to collaborate across other U.S. offices.

Priority areas include corporate transactions, patent and IP litigation, ERISA/employee benefits, labor & employment, and mass torts. The team supports both portable practices and partners who will develop new client relationships within a multi-office platform.

The firm offers a partnership track calibrated to senior hires, with flexible arrangements for compensation and equity tailored to candidate experience and business generation.

  • Lateral partner with an established senior practice in one or more of the highlighted areas (Corporate, IP litigation, ERISA/employee benefits, Labor & Employment, or Mass Torts).
  • Proven track record of business development and client origination; portable book of business welcomed.
  • Ability to lead matters and collaborate across a national multi-office platform.
  • Bar admission and good standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); prior partner-level experience required.
