The role emphasizes business development, client relationship management, and collaboration across offices to grow regional capabilities.

The firm is open to partners with a portable practice who can contribute immediately to revenue and client work. Successful candidates will have the ability to lead matter teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross-practice colleagues on complex, high-value matters.

Proven partner-level experience in employment & labor, corporate transactions, or IP litigation.
Portable practice/track record of client origination and business development preferred.

Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice and jurisdiction; strong reputation for client service.
