The role is open to candidates across multiple practices with a priority on corporate, employment & labor, and intellectual property litigation, and will involve business-development and practice leadership in the region.
The firm is particularly focused on growth in the Southeast and is open to partners with a portable practice who want to collaborate across offices. Candidates should expect to contribute to client origination, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in expanding the office’s capabilities.
- Established partner with significant transactional or litigation experience in one or more of: Corporate, Employment & Labor (including ERISA/C&B), Intellectual Property litigation.
- Portable book of business or demonstrable origination history preferred.
- Proven client-development skills and ability to lead a team and grow a practice within a multi-office platform.
- Strong leadership, billing and matter-management experience; willingness to work collaboratively across offices.
