Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to help grow its San Francisco office across Employment & Labor, Corporate and Intellectual Property litigation practices. The role suits a partner with an existing, portable practice who can both generate new business and collaborate with cross‑office teams.

Practice priorities include ERISA/compensation & benefits, labor and employment matters, IP litigation and corporate transactional work. The firm offers flexible case structures and partnership arrangements, with compensation and equity considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Partner-level experience in one or more of: ERISA/C&B, labor & employment, IP litigation or corporate transactions
Proven business development track record; portable client base desirable
Ability to lead and mentor teams and work collaboratively across offices
Active bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
