Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Silicon Valley practice. The role will focus on growing corporate, intellectual property (including patent/IP litigation) and employment & labor workstreams, collaborating across offices and practice groups on regional and national matters.

The firm is especially interested in partners with a portable practice and proven business development record who can help expand priority areas (corporate, IP litigation and ERISA/labor). This is a senior leadership role that will involve originating and managing client relationships, mentoring teams, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate transactions, IP litigation (including patent matters) and/or employment & labor law
Proven track record of business development and client origination; portable practice preferred
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships across offices
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
