A full equity or income-partner opportunity in a broad commercial practice group. The role will suit a partner with an established practice in employment & labor, corporate, intellectual property or commercial litigation who wants to join a multi-practice platform and help grow regional capabilities.

Successful candidates will be expected to lead client relationships, originate work, and collaborate with local and national teams across related practice areas. The group is open to partners with portable work and will consider flexible compensation structures.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record in one or more of: employment & labor, corporate, IP litigation, or commercial litigation.
Portable book of business preferred; ability to originate and develop client relationships.
Proven supervisory and practice-management experience, including mentoring associates and working on cross-practice matters.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted; strong commercial judgment and business development skills.
