Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tucson office to lead litigation and employment matters across healthcare, professional liability and construction-related disputes. The role will combine client-facing litigation work with team leadership and business development responsibilities.

The practice handles a mix of complex commercial and employment litigation matters for private-sector clients and regulated entities. The successful candidate will join an established regional team and have the opportunity to expand an existing portable practice or develop new client relationships in the Southwest.

Established partner or senior litigator with a strong background in employment and commercial litigation.
Experience with healthcare, professional liability and construction-related disputes preferred.
Proven trial and motion practice, with experience managing teams and supervising junior lawyers.
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business welcomed.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
