A leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor litigation team in Tucson. The role focuses on high-volume defense-side employment litigation and counseling for regional and national clients across a range of industries.

The partner will handle complex cases from intake through trial, lead and mentor junior litigators, and work with practice leaders on business development. This is an opportunity to join an established team with national resources while maintaining a visible market presence in the region.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, with trial and dispositive motion experience.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Strong leadership and people-management skills; experience supervising associates and staff.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and good standing.
