Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a healthcare litigation practice in the firm’s Tucson office. The role focuses on defense and bet-the-company litigation for healthcare and life sciences clients, managing complex disputes from case intake through trial.

Ideal candidates will take a leadership role on matters, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on regulatory and product-liability issues. The position is a partnership track role that welcomes candidates with a portable practice and an established book of business.

Juris Doctor and active Arizona bar admission (or eligibility).
Proven partner-level experience handling healthcare and life‑sciences litigation.
Strong trial and motion practice; experience managing teams and complex dockets.
Demonstrated business development skills; ability to bring or grow client relationships.
