Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office to help grow one or more high‑priority practices, with particular emphasis on corporate, employment & labor, and intellectual property litigation.

The role is ideal for an established partner with a portable practice who wants to collaborate across offices and help expand regional capabilities. The team handles complex matters across litigation, ERISA and employee benefits, and corporate transactions, and offers flexibility on where a new partner is based.

Partner-level experience in one or more of: employment & labor, ERISA/C&B, corporate transactions, or IP litigation.
Established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships preferred.
Proven business development ability and willingness to collaborate across offices.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong professional reputation.
