Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Corporate / IP Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Prominent national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to strengthen corporate, employment/ERISA and intellectual property litigation capabilities. The role is client-facing and requires an experienced partner who will originate and lead matters, collaborate across practices, and help grow regional and national client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and a proven track record of business development and matter leadership in one or more of the priority areas: corporate transactions, ERISA/benefits, labor & employment, or patent/IP litigation. The team offers cross-office collaboration and flexibility on office placement for strong rainmakers.

• Established partner with experience leading client matters and teams
• Portable book of business or demonstrable origination capability preferred
• Substantive experience in one or more: corporate transactions, ERISA/benefits, labor & employment, or IP litigation
• Strong business development and client relationship skills; able to work collaboratively across offices
• Active bar admission(s) and ability to practice in the U.S.
