Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to grow and lead practices across employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property litigation. The firm is focused on expanding its corporate and IP litigation capabilities and is open to strong partners with portable practices across related areas.

The role is practice-driven and collaborative: you will lead client matters, develop business, mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross-office teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. Candidates with experience in ERISA and benefits, labor & employment, patent/IP litigation, or mass-torts-related litigation are of particular interest.

Partner-level experience with a demonstrable portable practice or established client relationships
Proven track record in one or more of: corporate transactions, IP/patent litigation, employment & labor, or ERISA matters
Strong client-development skills and ability to work collaboratively across offices
Experience managing teams and mentoring associates; courtroom or deal leadership as applicable
