Lateral Partner Employment & Labor, Corporate & IP New York

Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join its New York office to grow one of several priority practices, including employment & labor, corporate, and intellectual property litigation. The role is client-facing and emphasizes business development, matter leadership, and cross-practice collaboration.

The firm supports flexible office alignments and frequently works across U.S. offices; candidates with a portable practice who can develop or expand local and regional client relationships will be prioritized. The team handles a mix of counseling, transactional and contested matters and collaborates with specialists across the platform.

• Established partner with demonstrable leadership of client matters in employment & labor, corporate, or IP litigation.
• Portable book of business preferred; track record of originating and growing client relationships.
• Strong litigation and/or transactional experience relevant to the practice area(s) applied to.
• Excellent business development, management, and mentoring skills; ability to work collaboratively across offices.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to become admitted) and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
