Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Phoenix office and help grow established Employment & Labor, Corporate and Intellectual Property practices. The role offers broad latitude to build and lead a portable book of business and to collaborate across offices on client matters.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated track record of partner-level origination, courtroom or litigation experience where relevant, and the ability to develop client relationships across practice groups. The team prioritizes corporate work, ERISA/benefits and IP litigation as areas of strategic growth.

Established partner or equivalent with a portable practice and demonstrated origination history
Substantive experience in Employment & Labor, ERISA/C&B, corporate transactions or IP litigation (one or more)
Proven ability to win and manage client relationships and work collaboratively across offices
Strong trial, litigation management or deal execution record as appropriate to the practice
