Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to grow employment & labor and corporate work. The role will sit within a broad commercial platform that also includes intellectual property and litigation, and offers opportunities to collaborate across practices and offices.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and proven ability to originate and manage client relationships. The firm is open to partners with ERISA, labor & employment, corporate transactional, or IP litigation experience who can contribute to and expand existing client-facing teams.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a portable practice and demonstrable book of business.
Proven client origination and team leadership skills; experience collaborating across practices.
Substantive background in employment & labor, ERISA, corporate transactional work, or IP litigation.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly.
