The role offers a platform to bring and expand a portable practice, collaborate with national teams, and handle high‑profile transactional and employment matters.

Ideal candidates will join a multi‑practice team that also has strong intellectual property and litigation capabilities locally and nationally. The office values partners who contribute business development, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices to build cross‑practice solutions for clients.

Experienced partner with a demonstrable partner‑level track record in employment & labor or corporate work.
Portable practice or demonstrable ability to develop business and cross‑sell with existing clients.
Strong litigation or transactional experience relevant to employment, ERISA, and corporate matters.
Eligible to practice in Tennessee (or willing to become licensed) and able to work from the Nashville office.
