Seeking a lateral partner to join a national employment and labor team in the Dallas market. The role focuses on representing employers in complex discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/collective action matters, alongside broader employment counseling and litigation work.

The ideal candidate will lead matter teams, try cases when needed, and help grow the regional practice. Portable client relationships and a demonstrable record of business development are welcome.

Established partner with significant experience handling employment litigation, including discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions.
Proven trial and dispositive-motion experience; comfortable leading teams on complex, high-stakes matters.
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable book of business preferred.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
A collaborative approach to mentoring and developing associates.
