Leading international law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Dubai employment and labor practice. The role will involve advising clients across the UAE and wider region on a mix of advisory and contentious employment matters, and leading a growing team in market-facing work.

The successful candidate will be client-facing, responsible for originating and managing significant mandates, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-border matters. This is a partner hire where a portable practice will be an important part of the appointment.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, with experience in the UAE or the Middle East market.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring a portable practice.
Experience handling both advisory and contentious employment matters and leading teams.
Strong business-development skills and ability to work collaboratively on cross-border mandates.
