The role will involve advising employers on the full range of benefit plan matters across industries and coordinating with national teams.
Ideal candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and work on complex plan design, compliance and transactional issues. This is a partner-track lateral role where a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in benefits/ESOP work are welcome.
- Established partner or equivalent experience in employee benefits and ESOP work
- Track record of originating or managing client engagements and business development
- Deep technical knowledge of employee benefit plan design, ERISA and related compliance
- Admitted to practice in New York (or able to obtain admission)
