Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor (Employee Benefits) — Los Angeles

Senior lateral opportunity for an experienced partner to join a national employment & labor practice in Los Angeles. The role will focus on employee benefits counseling, with a strong emphasis on ESOP matters alongside other benefit plan work across offices.

The ideal candidate will lead and expand a portable practice, advise employers on plan design, compliance and transaction-related benefit issues, and collaborate with cross-office teams on complex matters.

• Established partner with significant experience in employee benefits law, including ESOPs.
• Proven ability to originate and manage client matters and work collaboratively with national teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of ERISA, tax-qualified plans, and related regulatory compliance.
• Excellent client development and leadership skills; portable book of business or demonstrable origination capacity preferred.
