Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established national practice group in Reno, focused on labor & employment and ERISA matters. The role is client-facing and combines litigation and counseling work across employee benefits, complex employment disputes, and related advisory matters.

The firm is open to partners with a portable practice and a demonstrable book of business who can contribute to growth locally and collaborate with teams across multiple offices. Partnership structure and compensation terms are flexible and considered case-by-case.

Established partner with a significant portable practice in labor & employment or ERISA (book of business preferred).
Proven track record of client development and leading matters, including litigation or high-value counseling engagements.
Strong collaborative approach to work with cross-office teams and develop regional business.
Bar admission and credentials appropriate for partner-level responsibilities.
