- Proven partner-level experience advising on executive compensation, employee benefits and related ERISA matters
- Track record of leading client engagements and mentoring junior lawyers
- Demonstrated business development ability; a portable practice or client relationships preferred
- J.D., active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
