Senior lateral partner opportunity within a well-established employment and labor practice in Baltimore. The role focuses on executive compensation and benefits work across public and private company clients, including plan design, ERISA counseling, change-in-control and equity incentive matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage and mentor associates, and work with cross-practice teams on broader employment and corporate matters. This position is suited to a partner who can both deliver technical advice and help grow a portable executive compensation practice.

  • Proven partner-level experience advising on executive compensation, employee benefits and related ERISA matters
  • Track record of leading client engagements and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Demonstrated business development ability; a portable practice or client relationships preferred
  • J.D., active bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
