The role will lead client relationships, advise on executive pay, severance, incentives, and related employment matters, and work across litigation and counseling engagements.
The team handles a mix of strategic workplace counseling and contentious matters; the new partner will develop business, mentor associates, and collaborate with national practice colleagues. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcome.
- Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law with significant executive compensation and benefits work.
- Track record of originating or growing client relationships and managing a high-value practice.
- Able to lead engagements, supervise associates, and collaborate with cross-office teams.
- Active bar admission and strong professional references.
