Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Employment & Labor practice in Boulder with a strong focus on executive compensation and benefits. The role will lead client relationships, advise on executive pay, severance, incentives, and related employment matters, and work across litigation and counseling engagements.

The team handles a mix of strategic workplace counseling and contentious matters; the new partner will develop business, mentor associates, and collaborate with national practice colleagues. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law with significant executive compensation and benefits work.
Track record of originating or growing client relationships and managing a high-value practice.
Able to lead engagements, supervise associates, and collaborate with cross-office teams.
Active bar admission and strong professional references.
