Leading national firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor practice in Las Vegas with a focus on executive compensation and employee benefits. The role will handle complex compensation matters, counsel corporate clients on incentive arrangements and equity plans, and advise on benefits compliance and governance.

The successful candidate will help grow a bench of work in the region, collaborate with cross-practice teams, and play a key role in client development and relationship management. A portable compensation/benefits practice or demonstrable business-generation ability is a meaningful advantage.

  • Established partner-level experience in executive compensation, employee benefits and related employment matters.
  • Proven track record of advising corporate clients on equity plans, incentive arrangements, ERISA and benefits compliance.
  • Ability to originate and grow business; portable practice a plus.
  • Strong leadership, client management and mentoring skills; admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
