Seeking a lateral partner to grow a Salt Lake City employment and labor practice with a strong focus on executive compensation and benefits. The role combines client advising, transactional work on executive pay and benefit arrangements, and supporting employment-related litigation and counseling.

The appointment is an opportunity to lead and expand a regional team, work with national and local clients, and play a visible role in business development. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable ability to bring and cultivate client relationships are encouraged to apply.

  • Partner-level experience advising on executive compensation, benefits and broader employment & labor matters
  • Proven client relationship and business-development track record (portable practice a plus)
  • Experience with transactional work and counseling on compensation arrangements, plans and related regulatory issues
  • Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring and practice-management capabilities
  • Admission to practice and ability to work in Salt Lake City jurisdiction
