- Partner-level experience advising on executive compensation, benefits and broader employment & labor matters
- Proven client relationship and business-development track record (portable practice a plus)
- Experience with transactional work and counseling on compensation arrangements, plans and related regulatory issues
- Demonstrated team leadership, mentoring and practice-management capabilities
- Admission to practice and ability to work in Salt Lake City jurisdiction
