Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor — Fort Lauderdale

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established Employment & Labor practice in Fort Lauderdale. The role will lead client matters across counseling, litigation and labor relations, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with teams across offices.

The firm is looking for a market-facing partner who will manage significant client relationships and contribute to business development efforts. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated origination are encouraged to apply.

• Partner-level experience in employment and labor law with a strong record of client service
• Experience handling employment counseling, litigation, and/or labor relations matters
• Proven business development skills and experience managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to work from the Fort Lauderdale office
