We are seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established Employment & Labor practice in Houston. The role will focus on counseling employers and handling employment litigation and labor matters across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will lead complex matters, work with a cross-office team, and help grow the regional practice. There is opportunity to bring a portable practice and contribute to business development initiatives.

Established partner-level experience in labor & employment law, with significant litigation and counseling background.
Proven track record of originating or developing client relationships and driving business development.
Ability to manage and mentor associates and collaborate with multi-office teams.
Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in Texas (or willingness to obtain).
