Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its Employment & Labor practice in the Paris office, with a particular focus on life sciences clients. The role involves high‑level advisory work, contentious and non‑contentious mandates, and responsibility for business development across the region.

The successful candidate will join an established team and will be expected to develop and deepen client relationships, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with cross‑border colleagues on international matters. A portable practice or demonstrated track record of originating work in the life sciences sector will be an advantage.

Partner‑level experience in employment and labor law, including contentious and advisory work
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable book of business preferred
Experience advising life sciences or healthcare clients
Ability to work across cross‑border matters and to lead/mentor teams
Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
