Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in the Albuquerque office of a national law firm. The role focuses on handling contested employment matters, counseling employers, and supervising litigation from initial pleadings through trial.

The partner will manage and mentor associates, develop client relationships, and work with local and national teams on workplace-related disputes and preventative counseling. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome.

Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial and motion practice
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable book of business welcome
Experience counseling employers on workplace policies, investigations, and compliance
Leadership experience supervising associates and managing matters
Admission to practice in New Mexico, or willingness to become admitted
