Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation — Alexandria

Leading national firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor litigation team in Alexandria. The role focuses on representing employers in employment disputes, managing complex litigation matters and providing strategic counseling on workplace issues.

Partner will supervise and mentor litigation teams, drive case strategy through trial where needed, and own client relationships. Business development and the ability to bring portable client work are important to grow the local practice.

The position offers a collaborative environment with access to broader firm resources across practice groups and a client base spanning multiple industries.

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Virginia.
• Established track record in employment litigation and related counseling at partner level.
• Trial experience and ability to manage and mentor associates on complex matters.
• Demonstrated business development skills; portable client relationships desirable.
