Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation — Anchorage

Opportunity for a partner-level Employment & Labor litigator to join a well-established, national U.S. practice in Anchorage. The role focuses on defending and advising employers on a broad range of workplace litigation and labor matters.

The firm is seeking a hands-on litigator who can lead cases from intake through trial, manage junior attorneys, and contribute to business development. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is welcome.

• Partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation, including trial and appellate experience.
• Proven ability to manage cases and supervise associates.
• Track record of client development or a portable practice is preferred.
• Admission to the Alaska bar (or ability to obtain admission) and eligibility to practice in the relevant forums.
